The Mission

Redefining accountability for the frontier of intelligence.

Mentim was founded to address a critical gap in AI governance: the inability of static benchmarks to measure the structural stability of complex models. While industry standards focus on behavioral output, we focus on structural coherence.

Our work centers on the Unified Annotation Schema (UAS), also known as the Mentim Ontology. This framework provides a standardized language for structural stability model auditing, allowing researchers to measure how systems maintain stability under pressure and context shift.

Through the Structural Accountability Index (SAI), we provide a composite, trajectory-sensitive metric for internal coherence, enabling structured evaluation as systems grow more capable.

Based in North Carolina, Mentim collaborates with labs and institutions to advance structural accountability in frontier AI systems.
